1. What is virtual hosting?

Virtual Hosting (shared hosting) is an option that allows a company or individual to lease part of a server to store their website's data, rather than pay for an entire machine with more space than they need.

2. How long does it take to set up my account?

Once you have filled out the order form you will receive payment information. If you chose to pay via PayPal your account will be setup with in 48 hours of payment. If you decide to pay via check, we will email you once your check has cleared and your account will be setup then. Domain purchases will be made at the same time of account setup, however it may take upto 72 hours for the domain to begin working.

3. Are there any restrictions on my account?

In accordance to our AUP the following restrictions are placed upon your account:
No Spam, Warez, or Adult sites.
No deamon applications, IRC applications, or abuse of SSH

4. Can you design my website for me?

We provide Design and Development services, however they are not included in the hosting prices. Please visit the Design and Development section of our website for more information.

5. Whom may I contact for technical help?

First, try our online Support Center. If you can not find the information you need, use our support request form to contact our technical support team.

6. Can i run cron jobs on your servers?

Yes, our plans include access to a cron job manager. Cron jobs may not be used to launch servers, or any other applications that violate our AUP

7. Does each virtual server have its own raw log files?

Yes. You have access to your own raw log files, as well as formatted statistical data.

8. Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes. If for any reason during the first 30 days as a AAIServ customer, you are not completely satisfied with any of our services, we will cancel your account and refund your hosting fees. Domain registration fees are nonrefundable, without exception.

9. Are backups performed for user data? How often?

Backups are run nightly. A rotating copy of one weekly and one monthly backup is retained as well. While backups are performed automatically, clients are strongly urged to retain local copies of all of their files in the event a backup cannot be restored for whatever reason (corrupted or incomplete backup, datestamp that does not match the requested backup, and so on).
