No this service is provided free of charge, to have a certificate installed open a ticket on our support system.

3. Can directories be password protected?

Yes, the control panel provides a tool to automatically generate htaccess files to protect the directories you wish. In addition, our servers support htaccess files if you wish to create them manually.
