3. How can I submit payment?

You may submit payment with any of the 4 major credit cards or by transfering money from your bank account for free by using PayPal. PayPal is the premiere choice for internet payments, and is secure. Please go to www.paypal.com to learn more about this free service. In addition you may submit payment by check. Instructions for addressing the check will be given once your order has been placed.

4. What are the charges for domains?

AAIServ charges a yearly rate of $14.95 to register a new domain name, or renew a domain for a period of one year. In addition, AAIServ charges a fee of $14.95 to transfer your domain to us. This will also extend the term of your domain by 1 year from the next expiration date. This is an incredible deal, and allows you to benefit from a $14.95 registration rate once the extension has run out. Finally, AAIServ provides the option to allow you to manage the registration and renewal of your domain thru 3rd party providers. We will provide you with the name of 2 DNS servers which you must submit to your registrar.

5. How do I cancel my account?

Cancellation requests may be made by submitting a support ticket in the support area. While no advance notice of cancellation is required, all fees paid for service to the point of cancellation are nonrefundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of beginning service are subject to the AAIServ 30-day guarantee, and will result in a refund of fees paid. All fees paid for domain registration are nonrefundable, without exception.
