1. Where are the servers maintained? What are the network specifications?

All servers are housed at the Peak10 network operations center. Their fully redundant, multihomed network is particularly suited for high availability hosting. Connections consist of multiple DS-3's and OC-xx lines.

2. Are your servers connected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

Our servers are connected at all times except, of course, for emergency or scheduled maintenance.

3. What web server software are you running?

We use the latest version of Apache 1.3, Apache is the most widely used web server software on the Internet It is highly scalable and reliable. We have found that the combination of Apache and Linux operating oystem on our servers, provides a highly compatible package that is sure to keep your site running optimally all the time. 4. What are the server spec's?

Our current servers operate on Redhat Linux 7.3.
They feature PHP 4.3.1, MySQL 3.23, and Perl 5
The machine's are at least:
Dual 1.4Ghz Processors
1GB Ram
36GB SCSI hard drives
60GB Backup drives
